PAHRUMP

Pahrump is one of the fastest growing unincorporated towns in America, located just 55 miles west of Las Vegas and about the same distance from Death Valley along the California-Nevada border.

We like to call it Nevada's "scenic" gateway to Death Valley. Nestled beneath the snow-capped peak of Mt. Charleston (see photo), Pahrump is home to Nevada's first winery, the Pahrump Valley Winery.

The town is noted for it's mild climate and is a number-one destination for snowbirds in the winter months with more than 10 first class RV parks to choose from.

Horseback riding, off-road vehicle riding, hiking and 4 golf courses offer the visitor plenty of outdoor activities.
