PAHRUMP |
|
Pahrump is one of the fastest growing unincorporated towns in America, located just 55 miles west of Las Vegas and
about the same distance from Death Valley along the California-Nevada border.
We like to call it Nevada's "scenic" gateway to Death Valley. Nestled beneath the snow-capped peak of Mt. Charleston (see photo), Pahrump is home to
Nevada's first winery, the Pahrump Valley Winery.
The town is noted for it's mild climate and is a number-one destination for snowbirds in the winter months with more than 10 first
class RV parks to choose from.
Horseback riding, off-road vehicle riding, hiking and 4 golf courses offer the visitor plenty of outdoor activities.
