FALLON

Known as the "Oasis of Nevada" with its lush green farms and high desert ranches, Fallon is just one hour east of Reno.

This area is enriched with great outdoor attractions such as Sand Mountain, Lake Lahontan State Park, Lahontan Valley Wetlands and wide-open spaces.

Fallon has a great menu of year-round special events including the Hearts of Gold Cantaloupe Festival.

It is also home to the Barkley Theater, a regional performing arts center, and the Navy fighter weapons school, TOPGUN.
